No matter how hot the summer, autumn must come. Twas ever thus. When the leaves start falling, the berries start ripening, and our gelateria plays host to some darker more brooding flavours.
We've taken three classic autumn fruits to make some amazing new flavours. Pear and Blackberry crumble is a pear sherbet base with a dark sweet blackberry ripple and pieces of crumble running through it. Roasted Damson is a plum-like fruit we use to make a rich sweet-sour sorbet.
Other flavours to feature are black forest, a dark chocolate a sour cherry gelato. Horlicks Stracciatella, the classic milky bedtime drink with chocolate shards to remind you of a famous malted snack. Ricotta, figs and walnut plus by popular demand the yogurt and lemongrass gelato.
We've also improved two of our classic flavours. First up salted caramel gelato, by making it darker, richer, and for autumn, adding almond pralines. Plus our take on the classic Sicilian dessert Cassata by adding yet more of all of its ingredients - pistachio, candied orange, marzipan and chocolate!
